If you're not happy with PolishedBook, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, including the first payment after your free trial.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email us at support@polishedbook.com and we'll help.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle's refund policy also applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
